The U.S. Food and Drug Administration announced a new recall of another eye product due to contamination fears.
Delsam Pharma's Artificial Eye Ointment is the subject of this recall. This recall
follows on the heels of the recent recall of EzriCare Artificial Tears.
The FDA asked Global Pharma to recall the Delsam Pharma's Artificial Eye Ointment because of possible bacterial contamination although the type of bacteria that is the cause for concern is unknown at this time.
